This class is designed to help new moms reconnect to their body in a safe and baby-friendly space. Specifically focusing on core and pelvic floor connection to rebuild core strength and stability.
Nancy is passionate about helping new moms return to exercise quickly post-partum for the physical healing and mental health benefits.
This reformer class is best suited for moms with babies roughly 6-8 months and under (it can be unsafe to have your baby around the equipment once they are moving about).
NB: You must have clearance from you physio/GP to participate (usually around 6-12 weeks post-partum depending on your birth)
Please wear tight-fitting clothes and sox. -And Please bring along all you need for you & your baby before, during and after class.
